I would like to commend Ashley Smart for such a wonderful job on the
delivery of our fabulous team of Hafflingers (Mac & Majestic). I
bought the horses sight unseen except by internet and arranged for
transportation and delivery. This was my first time to deal over the
internet, or with horse transportation from Virginia. I was
thoroughly impressed with the care taken of the horses and the
timely manner in which they arrived. The professional, yet friendly
demeanor of Ms. Smart was well received. She had taken care of
everything. Thanks to Ashley and our beautiful boys, Mac & Majestic,
we're making our dreams come true with a profitable carriage company

Smart

Transport are angels. Ashley transported my horses over 9
hours, through heavy trafficked areas, construction and mountains.
Every step along the way, I had no doubt that my boys (Duke &
Admiral) were in great hands. They arrived to me in perfect
condition, none worse for the long journey- you could barely tell
they had been anywhere! Ashley was a delight to work with. I would
recommend Ashley to any horse person; She knows what she is doing,
loves the horses, and was wonderful to work with.

Ashley Smart has now
transported horses for us twice, the first being a mare and
foal, and the second being a maiden mare in foal. We were
concerned and nervous at first, but could not say with more
certainty that she now has a permanent customer!! Her
professionalism in addition to skill and genuine care are
exceptional!! (That part should be underlined or printed in bold
face type) The box stall set up, the patient and reassuring
manner in which she handles her passengers, the planned rest
stops to ensure each horse's well being, the continued contact
with owners and farm managers etc., in addition to her obvious
driving/hauling ability all contribute to an experience that is
most appropriately called Smart N Savvy!! We have already
recommended her to others, and will continue to do so with
confidence. Thank you Ashley!

Ashley Smart has transported my Quarter Horse Flame for 6 years
now . Her caring attention to detail ensures his safety and he
actually enjoys the ride! She loads slowly and gently and her
reassuring manner is immediately communicated to her charges. Hay
and fresh water are always available on trips. Her driving skills
reflect a keen awareness of balance and the fragility of her cargo.
I would trust her with any animal I have. She transports with the
love and perception that is the very heart of what they do at Rugby
Creek!

past. I've been impressed by her knowledge of horse healthcare and

have contracted with Ashley for delivery of a horse to me and will no doubt use her transport services in the future.

After waiting many, many years to be able to have my own horse and
then spending months searching for just the right one, there
remained one hurdle once I found him...how to get him home from
Virginia to N. Carolina since we didn't have a trailer yet. No
worries, though. Ashley Smart transported him safe and sound. He
arrived with no signs of physical or emotional trauma. I would
highly recommend Ashley and would gladly use her services again if
necessary.
